Membership data is held by officers of the Society locally only for the recording of membership details, the organisation of events and the sending of publications, and it is not shared with third parties without the member’s consent.
How long we retain your data
Information may be held locally by officers of the Society indefinitely depending on the length of membership and the administration of events, publications and enquiries. Website data retention periods are noted above.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your email, postal address and telephone numbers, where provided, are held locally by officers of the society to respond to enquiries and to administer membership. This information will not be passed to third parties without your permission.
